FURNITURE & APPLIANCE RENTAL
Our furnished properties are fitted out and equipped to the highest standards with your needs in mind. We are also happy to provide additional items which you may require such as an additional TV, “put me up” bed or particular piece of furniture for a small incremental rental.
For unfurnished properties you can choose to have us provide all the appliances and furniture on a rental / lease contract. You simply tell us what you need and we will provide it from our inventory or purchase it new for you. We will then rent/lease it back to you. In this way you can have a choice in what goes into your homewithout having to make the upfront investment . When it is time to go back home and if you have gotten attached to the furniture and want to take it to your next home we would be happy to sell it to you for a good price taking into consideration the period you rented it.
FOUND YOUR IDEAL HOME BUT NEED FURNITURE: Even if you have already found your ideal home from another company you can still use this service. Tell us what you need and we will provide it from our inventory or purchase it new for you. We will then lease it back to you over an agreed period. You can even purchase the items from us at the end of the rental period.
FOR LANDLORDS: Even if we do not manage your property we would be happy to provide you with our furniture and appliance rental service.
