We mainly manage our own properties so we really care and we go out of our way to provide an exceptional service by expats for expats. Our properties are fitted out and equipped to the highest standards with your needs in mind. We are also happy to provide additional items which you may require such as an additional TV, “put me up” bed or any particular piece of furniture for a small incremental rental. Naturally we also provide ongoing maintenance so your stay is hassle free.

PRE HANDOVER: Before any of our properties are rented out they are thoroughly checked for any maintenance requirements. All appliances are serviced and the property is professionally cleaned throughout.
HANDOVER: On your first day in your new home we will meet you at the property, walk you around and familiarise you with the building facilities and all the equipment in your new home. We will provide you with the property handbook which includes all the information you need such as contact numbers for assistance and service as well as all the user manuals for equipment & appliances in your property. We will leave you to enjoy your new home only when you are satisfied that everything is in order.
WELCOME PACK:
Just a little gesture to make moving-in a little easier your new home will come with a welcome pack including some simple household necessities, a just to get you started as well as a fruit basket, some munchies and something to quench your thirst.
